Product description
3D|CORE FR Sealing™ is a closed-cell, polymer-mineral foam specially developed for fire protection in lightweight sandwich constructions.
It replaces conventional fire protection methods that required additional fiberglass layers and modified resins.
The system consists of a medium-viscosity foam and an activator that precisely controls the processing time.
By being optimally matched to the resin system of the respective component, chemical reactions and delamination are avoided.
The application is extremely simple: spray or roll on, allow to cure briefly – done.
The result is a lighter, safer, and more cost-effective component that perfectly meets the demands of modern mobility industries.
